1. Scope and acceptance
These draft terms describe the intended agreement between Qopzy, operated by Rudra Haritwal, and the person or business using the service. The commercial policies are awaiting final approval before paid launch. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate account and business information and keep your credentials secure.
2. Your account and public content
You are responsible for your account activity and for the logos, links, business information and other content you upload. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Profile information and links you publish can be accessed by anyone with the customer page URL or QR code.
You retain rights to your content and permit Qopzy to store, process and display it as needed to deliver the service. Do not submit confidential information or unnecessary personal data in review prompts or public profiles.
3. Acceptable use and review integrity
Do not use Qopzy for unlawful content, impersonation, spam, malware, fraudulent transactions or attempts to access another account. Do not generate or publish fictitious customer experiences, purchase reviews, offer incentives for a positive rating, or selectively exclude dissatisfied customers.
AI-assisted text can be inaccurate. Customers must verify and edit it to reflect their own experience before posting. Google and other destination platforms apply their own policies; we cannot promise publication, rankings or a particular rating.
4. Plans and payments
Plan prices and usage limits are displayed on the Pricing page. Paid checkout is in Indian rupees. The current payment flow purchases 30 days of Monthly access or 365 days of Yearly access and does not create an automatic recurring debit. Review the final amount before authorising payment.
Paid access activates after the payment is captured and verified. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay when enabled. Qopzy receives transaction references and payment status, not your card PIN, CVV or UPI PIN. Do not send these details to support.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, duplicate charges and refund requests are covered by the Refunds & cancellation page. Its commercial request window and processing commitments are awaiting owner confirmation before paid launch. Nothing here removes rights available under applicable law.
Changing to the Free plan is a plan change, not a refund request. Contact support before changing an active paid plan if you need help with remaining access.
6. Availability and third parties
The service depends on internet connectivity, hosting, payment and AI providers. Features may be interrupted by maintenance or third-party failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific AI output. Links to other services are governed by their own terms.
We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse or security incidents. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.
7. Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact Rudra Haritwal using the Contact page to report a dispute or request assistance. No exclusive court location is specified until the business address is confirmed.
8. Changes
The published version and effective date will be confirmed before paid launch. Material commercial changes should be reviewed before your next purchase. Save a copy of the terms associated with your purchase for your records.
