Prepared 29 October 2026. Business address and commercial policy approval are pending. This is not an effective paid-service policy yet.
1. Information we process
Account information includes your name, email and authentication records. Business profile information may include a business name, city, category, logo, services, review destination and social links. Payment records include order references, payment status, purchased plan and access expiry.
The application also records activity such as scans, generated drafts and copies. Support messages contain the information you choose to send. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical connection and security logs.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver customer pages, generate drafts, enforce plan limits, display activity, verify payments and resolve support issues. Configured email or WhatsApp integrations may send transactional account or QR-related notifications.
3. Public profiles and AI processing
Published business details and links are visible to anyone who opens your customer page. Do not include personal or confidential details you do not intend to publish.
When AI generation is used, relevant business details and prompt content are sent to the configured AI provider, which may include Cloudflare, NVIDIA, OpenRouter or Groq. Their processing is subject to their policies. Do not enter sensitive personal information into prompts.
Google Business Profile connection
Connecting Google is optional. With your permission, Qopzy uses the business.manage OAuth scope to list businesses you own or manage and retrieve an official review link for the Qopzy profile you select. Qopzy does not publish customer reviews through this connection.
Authorization tokens are encrypted on the server and kept separately for each Qopzy account until you disconnect. Disconnect in Settings to remove the stored connection and request revocation at Google. You can also remove access from your Google Account permissions. Review links already saved to your profiles are retained until you edit or remove them.
4. Service providers and payments
Hosting, authentication, AI, email, messaging and payment providers process information needed for their function. Razorpay processes payment credentials within its checkout. Qopzy stores payment references and status rather than full card details, CVV or UPI PIN.
We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate fraud and protect accounts. External services linked from customer pages have separate privacy practices.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses session mechanisms such as cookies. Browser storage may retain drafts and preferences. Disabling essential cookies or clearing browser storage can sign you out or remove unsaved local work. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive browser connection information.
6. Retention and requests
Account and profile data is retained while needed to operate the service. Transaction and security records may need to be retained to meet legal, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations. A final retention schedule is pending confirmation before paid launch.
To request access, correction or deletion, email the support address on the Contact page from your registered account email. Identity verification may be needed. Some records may be retained where legally required; deletion from active systems does not necessarily immediately remove backup copies.
7. Security, children and international processing
Access controls and server-side payment verification help protect accounts, but no online system can promise absolute security. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
Qopzy business accounts are intended for adults. Service providers may process data outside your country. The final deployment locations and retention arrangements must be confirmed before the policy becomes effective.
8. Privacy contact
Rudra Haritwal is the contact for privacy enquiries at rudra@qopy.com. The business address and effective policy date are awaiting confirmation. Changes will be published on this page.
